2 我们呼的时候，就呼出了我们的软弱；吸的时候，就吸入了神的丰富。
3 圣经告诉我们，我们应当一无挂虑。
4 我们该学习借着祷告将我们所要的告诉神。
5 我们不要把从世界来的挂虑，压在自己身上。
6 我们需要把一切挂虑送到神那里。
7 然后，基督作为神的平安，会保卫我们的心怀意念。
8 所以我们只管坦然无惧地来到施恩的宝座前。
9 借着祷告，我们会领受怜悯，得着恩典，作应时的帮助。
10 这样的祷告会应付我们一切的需要。

We should learn to let our requests be made known to God by prayer.
We should learn to tell what we want to God through prayer.

We must not allow the anxieties from the world to press upon us.
6 我们需要把一切挂虑送到神那里。
We must send all the anxieties to God.
7 然后，基督作为神的平安，会保卫我们的心怀意念。
Then the peace of God will guard our hearts and our thoughts in
Christ Jesus.
8 所以我们只管坦然无惧地来到施恩的宝座前。
Therefore, let us therefore come forward with boldness to the throne
of grace.
9 借着祷告，我们会领受怜悯，得着恩典，作应时的帮助。
Through prayer we will receive mercy and find grace for timely help.
10 这样的祷告会应付我们一切的需要。
Such prayers will meet our every need.
