1 耶和华神铺张了诸天、建立了地基、并且造了人里面的灵。
2 宇宙中有三件东西在神看来是同等重要的，即诸天、地和人的灵。
3 我们的灵与天地并重。
4 人是宇宙的中心，而人的灵是人的中心。
5 诸天是为着地，地是为着人，人和人的灵是为着神。
6 我们有口也有胃，为着装食物；没有食物，我们就无法生存；
7 我们物质的器官或精神的官并不是最重要的；我们的灵才是最重要的。
8 灵是我们属灵的胃，使我们能盛装神自己；人的灵是能接受神的器官
9 约翰四章二十四节说，“神是灵；敬拜祂的，必须在灵和真实里敬拜”.
10 今天我们不要用头脑拜神，乃要用我们的灵拜祂。

Jehovah God stretched forth the heavens, laid the foundations of the earth, and formed the spirit of man within him.

In God’s eyes, there are three equally important things in the universe: the heavens, the earth, and the spirit of man.
3 我们的灵与天地并重。
Our spirit is as important as heavens and the earth.

Man is the center of the universe, and the spirit of man is the center of man.
5 诸天是为着地，地是为着人，人和人的灵是为着神。
The heavens are for the earth, the earth is for man, and man with his human spirit is for God.

We have a mouth and a stomach to contain food; without food we cannot exist.
7 我们物质的器官或精神的官并不是最重要的；我们的灵才是最重要的。
Our physical organs or psychological faculties are not most important; our spirit is most important.
8 灵是我们属灵的胃，使我们能盛装神自己；人的灵是能接受神的器官
Our spirit is our spiritual “stomach” to contain God Himself. The spirit of man is the organ that can receive God.
9 约翰四章二十四节说，“神是灵；敬拜祂的，必须在灵和真实里敬拜”.
John 4:24 says, “God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truthfulness”.
10 今天我们不要用头脑拜神，乃要用我们的灵拜祂。
Today we should not use our mind to worship God; rather, we need to use our spirit to worship Him.
